By using the Shay Butter Bakery website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders must be submitted through our online system, and payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to inventory limitations, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances; if this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

All baked goods are handmade in our home bakery kitchen and may vary slightly in appearance. Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, and all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles these allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and allergen notices before purchasing. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours and provide photos so we can review the issue and determine if a resolution is possible. Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays, missed deliveries, and weather-related issues are outside of our control. Shay Butter Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers, nor for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Local pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready.
