Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales from Shay Butter Bakery are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos so that we can review the issue and determine whether a resolution is possible. Once orders leave our kitchen, we are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or handling by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
